Every Confirmed GTA 6 Character Revealed So Far

GTA 6 might now be set for a May 2026 release, but that hasn’t stopped Rockstar from keeping fans excited with fresh updates — especially when it comes to the game’s intriguing and morally grey cast of characters.

While Grand Theft Auto has always stood out for its open-world chaos, wild missions, creative ways to earn (or steal) money, and endless freedom to explore fictionalized cities, there’s something fans consistently look forward to: a great story and memorable characters.

GTA 5 delivered a legendary narrative with three iconic protagonists, and it looks like GTA 6 is ready to follow in those footsteps. With the release of the second official trailer, we now have a much better picture of who the main characters are — and what we might expect from their journey.

Here’s everything we know so far about the confirmed characters in GTA 6.

All announced GTA 6 characters

Jason Duval

Jason Duval, one of the central figures in GTA 6, brings with him a gritty past shaped by military service and a life surrounded by crime. Raised among hustlers and outlaws, he later joined the Army — only to return and fall right back into the criminal world.

After his time in the military, Jason ended up in the Florida Keys, where he got involved with local drug operations. The second official trailer for GTA 6 offers a closer look at his role in the region, hinting at his involvement in heists, armed robberies, and his growing connection with Lucia Caminos — the game’s other lead character.

Together, they appear to form a dangerous but loyal duo, ready to take on anything Vice City throws their way.

Lucia Caminos

Lucia Caminos stands alongside Jason as one of the two main protagonists in GTA 6. Unlike Jason, her path into crime didn’t begin with the military — it started at home. Raised by a father who appeared to have deep ties to the criminal underworld, Lucia was exposed to that lifestyle from a young age.

She’s sharp, confident, and fiercely loyal — traits that ultimately led her to prison. Her backstory reveals that she ended up behind bars at the Leonida Penitentiary, all because she was defending her family. Lucia’s complexity and resilience make her one of the most compelling characters we’ve seen in a GTA game to date.

According to official details from Rockstar’s GTA 6 site, Lucia is driven by a clear goal — to build the kind of life her mother always dreamed of back when they lived in Liberty City. And for Lucia, nothing is off the table when it comes to making that dream a reality.

Her determination adds even more depth to her character, showing that beneath her tough exterior lies a powerful motivation rooted in family and survival.

Cal Hampton

Cal Hampton is one of Jason’s closest allies in GTA 6 — a laid-back character who enjoys eavesdropping on Coast Guard communications, sipping beer, and casually surfing the internet. He’s also connected to Brian Heder, hinting at a wider network of friends and partners in crime.

With a personality defined by “casual paranoia,” Cal doesn’t seem too concerned about much — and that’s exactly what makes him stand out. He’s the easygoing companion, someone who brings comic relief but stands by his friends when it matters most.

Boobie Ike

Boobie Ike is known as a legendary figure in Vice City — someone who managed to reinvent himself from a street-level gangster into a successful and “legitimate” businessman. Today, he owns everything from real estate and nightclubs to a full-fledged recording studio.

But this is still GTA, and things are rarely what they seem. Despite his respectable image, it’s clear that Boobie Ike still operates in the shadows. With deep connections and questionable dealings, he’s the kind of powerful figure that Jason and Lucia would be wise not to cross.

Dre’quan Priest

Dre’quan Priest is closely tied to Boobie Ike, both as a business partner and as a rising figure in Vice City’s underground world. Once a hustler who sold drugs to survive while chasing a career in music, Dre’quan now plays a more strategic role in the city’s scene.

He recently signed Real Dimez as a breakout star and now manages bookings at Boobie Ike’s popular strip club. Ambitious and street-smart, Dre’quan clearly has big plans — and he’s not slowing down anytime soon.

Real Dimez

Real Dimez is a dynamic duo made up of Bae-Luxe and Roxy — two high school friends who’ve turned their street hustle into a fast-rising brand. With a mix of viral rap songs, aggressive social media presence, and sharp street instincts, they know how to make noise and get paid.

Whether it’s shaking down dealers or building their reputation, Real Dimez is always on the move. Recently, they were signed by Dre’quan Priest under Boobie Ike’s management, following a breakout track they dropped with local rapper DWNPLY. These two are on their way to becoming Vice City’s next underground stars.

Raul Bautista

Raul Bautista is a veteran when it comes to high-stakes heists. With years of experience under his belt, he’s constantly searching for bold new talent — the kind of people willing to risk everything for a massive payday.

In GTA 6’s second trailer, Raul appears to be a key figure in the criminal world, likely serving as the go-to guy for Jason and Lucia when they’re ready to dive into serious robberies. Charismatic and confident, he knows how to lead — but his thrill-seeking nature can often push things a little too far. Still, in the world of GTA, that kind of recklessness might just be what it takes to survive.

Brian Heder

Brian Heder is introduced in the second GTA 6 trailer as a powerful and established drug runner in the Florida Keys. In his interaction with Jason, he gives a direct command — “just go get me my cheques,” — to which Jason responds without hesitation, highlighting Brian’s commanding presence.

Brian is a classic criminal mastermind, operating a well-established smuggling operation through his boatyard, often aided by his third wife, Lori. He employs Jason and offers him a place to stay rent-free, as long as Jason is willing to help with various shady activities, including shakedowns and other dirty work. His role in the game hints at a morally gray character with a lot of influence and power.

Will Franklin, Michael, Trevor, and Tommy return in GTA 6?

As of now, there’s no official confirmation on whether iconic characters from GTA 5, like Tommy, Trevor, Michael, and Franklin, will appear in GTA 6. These characters have been highly requested by fans and even by their voice actors, but Rockstar has yet to make any announcements.

While it’s not out of the question for them to make a cameo, we can only hope that Trevor’s voice actor doesn’t get his “final wish” — or at least, not in the way fans expect!

Have the voice actors for GTA 6 been revealed?

Unfortunately, while we know quite a bit about the main characters in GTA 6, Rockstar has been very tight-lipped about the voice actors.

As soon as we learn more about who’s voicing these characters, or if a third trailer drops revealing even more cast members, we’ll be sure to update this article.

For now, make sure to stay updated on everything GTA 6, from the latest news to all the official trailers.
